This dynamic role is responsible for increasing the organization's visibility, engagement, and value to its members. The manager leads the development of all events, builds strategic community partnerships, and creates new professional opportunities.
Outreach & Strategic Partnerships
Develops and implements the organization's overarching outreach strategy to connect with the broader community.
In collaboration with the President, cultivates relationships and secures sponsorship agreements with businesses, individuals, and partner organizations.
Manages partnership contracts and service level agreements to ensure mutual success and accountability.
Event Management & Development
Leads the planning, management, and execution of all official "INPS- IAPS TC India" events, including conferences, competitions, and excursions.
Supports and promotes the creation of new events, including researching and developing opportunities for online and virtual formats.
Maintains a comprehensive record of events hosted by Local Committees (LCs) and Individual Members (IMs).
Acts as the primary liaison for event organizing committees and ensures all events receive formal approval from the Executive Committee (EC).
Member Opportunity & Data Analysis
Develops, manages, and maintains an internship database to provide valuable professional development opportunities for members.
Researches and analyzes event participation data and program outcomes to create case studies, inform funder reports, and contribute to strategic planning.
