Roles & Responsibilities

The IT Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance, and security of all organizational digital assets. This role ensures the reliability of the IT infrastructure, manages the digital presence, and develops specialized tools to support the Executive Committee (EC) and its members.

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manages and maintains the entire IT infrastructure for "INPS- TC India."

• Develops and administers a secure cloud storage solution for all official organizational documentation.

• Provides technical support and manages all software applications necessary for the work of the Executive Committee.

Website & Digital Platforms

• Leads the development and ongoing maintenance of the "INPS- TC India" website in accordance with EC requirements.

• Manages all official social media pages (e.g., Facebook, YouTube) and modern community channels (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp) to enhance member communication and marketing outreach.

Custom Development & User Management

• Designs, develops, and maintains a secure electronic voting system that supports weighted votes while ensuring voter anonymity.

• In collaboration with the Membership Manager, manages all official organizational email addresses and mailing lists.
